The Westminster Rescue Mission is a community that provides clinical, physical, and spiritual resources to heal the addicted and feed the hungry. We take a holistic approach with Christ as the foundation of our work.

The Westminster Rescue Mission is a nonprofit Christian organization committed to seeing lives healed and transformed. Our Addiction Healing Center (AHC) provides CARF-accredited programming for both Residential and Outpatient services. We offer holistic approach to substance use disorder treatment from a client-centered perspective. For those experiencing food insecurity, the Mission Food Program serves as the largest redistributor of food for the charitable food community in Carroll County. Redistribution of food to approximately 28 free-food organizations within Carroll County. Mobile distributions within the community including distribution for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP).
